Web414 - Milwaukee's Web Community

Didn't see this mentioned, but I just joined and tried adding a profile image and get the following error:

* The selected file /tmp/tmp_38n6lm could not be uploaded, because the destination files/pictures/picture-2586.png is not properly configured.
* Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist or is not writable.
