IRC

As IRC was so wildly popular and helpful at BarCampMadison, I added our IRC info to the sidebar.

This will help everyone who is unable to attend a meeting or who just wants to chat/hookup with other Web414 members.

Perhaps someone would be so kind as to transcribe the event for those attending remotely?

So what clients do people use for IRC?

(I use ChatZilla, the Firefox extension.)

As much as I love IRC, I hope it doesn't get in the way of face-to-face conversations we have...

I guess that is just something we will have to keep an eye on. If it does, we can always "retire" it.

I think that right now for those that can't make it, this will be a great tool.

Maybe this is something we can discuss tomorrow? Pros vs Cons? Better ideas?

Actually, I'd like to try recording tonight's meeting.
