Weekly Coworking Sessions

It seemed that there was some more interest in people getting together to cowork weekly. Currently we get together on Mondays at 7pm at Espresso Christoph (by UWM).

What are you looking for out of a coworking session? What days and times are good for you? What area of town are you hoping to cowork?

Jordan and I meet by UWM as I live 10 minutes from there and he currently goes to school there, so that is the most convenient for us.

Must have's for a coworking venue:
-free wifi
-low to medium noise level
-comfortable atmosphere
-non smoking
-open at least until 9/930pm

Anyone else have any non-negotiables?

Let's make this more successful and helpful for the web414 community. It's great to share industry news, get help on some ideas or bugs you've run into, and to just generally socialize with people (because meeting only once a month doesn't satiate your geeky appetite!)

Jordan is working with MediaTemple to fix a bug that is preventing us from installing modules, but once that is finished I would like to put together the organic group modules so we can have a calendar for events.

I have class on Monday nights for the next couple weeks, but I'd love to join in after that.

Monday Nights

Well, as I'll be working in Milwaukee for the next few months, I would definitely like to try to join you guys for a Monday night session. I'll see if I can make it in a couple weeks.
