Web Developer Needed 20-30 hours/week, ongoing

A few months ago, I gave a presentation on Social Media at UWM through an adjunct professor there who just accepted a job as a director of Internet marketing for a wine maker based near Gurnee, IL. Well, lo and behold, she has come back to me and asked for some help in her new job. Below is her plea. I immediately thought of the Web414 community as a place to post the opportunity. If you're interested, ping me with an e-mail and I will connect you with her.

As many of you know I'm a mild mannered IT recruiter by day, but this isn't a situation where I am taking any sort of cut. I am helping a friend establish herself and connecting her to a resource that will make her look good in a new job. And, well, okay, I may accept a bottle of wine as a "thank you" for the favor.

I asked her a little about the projects and apparently, they are looking for someone to design some e-mails for some marketing campaigns as well as engage in site design for a new micro site to promote one of her company's wines.

Without further ado, here's the text of her e-mail to me:

We need a freelance web designer to help us w/immediate projects. 20-30 hours/week.

Do you know anyone or have any recommendations? Here's a brief description:

Duties include:

* Coding HTML/ASP pages, interacting with databases, creating graphics to be used for the web, creation and deployment of e-blasts, generating web site reports and analysis.

• Proficiency on with HTML, Java Script, CSS, ASP, SQL, Photoshop and Flash.

• Additional experience in ASP.net, Cold Fusion, PHP and design experience is a plus.

I know, I know, it's ASP. I'm sorry about that. But maybe they are open to being coached? Upside, though, you don't have to actually *be* on site for the 20-30 hours a week. A few trips in from time to time to get assignments, etc. It's a pretty sweet deal and there could be follow-on work.
