I have several clients throwing alphabet soup my way in their job descriptions...

- Bachelor Degree in marketing, graphic design, MIS or communications
- Demonstrated solid understanding of Internet technologies and standards, including Web browser specifications, site testing and usability
- Proven design and coding skills using Flash, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite
- Four to five years of experience in Internet marketing and technology in an agency setting or related media environment
- Experience with advanced web page authoring, scripting and programming using ActionScript 2 and 3, Java, PHP, MySQL, ASP, ASP.NET and VBScript is a plus
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, reliably meet deadlines and produce fully functional web projects

We are looking for a Web Developer that has a minimum of four or more years of Web Development experience; with expertise in DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SML, XSL, J2EE, PHP, and content management systems. The Web Developer must be able to work closely with designers, artists, developers, and executives within the organization. This person will be the liaison for all departments involved with the E-commerce sites. The Web Developer must continue on the creative flow, but keep a check on what is feasible and enhancing the customer's experience with the website.
