Wikipedia?

I noticed that there was no Web414 page on Wikipedia. There is now.

I am certain that there are Wikipedians among us who can do some of that Web414 magic and put all kinds of better information on that page, link it in to all the great and fantastic categories that it should be in, edit and change it and break it into a billion peices.

But that ain't me.

aaaand... the wikipedia page

aaaand... the wikipedia page has already been deleted. i don't think they realize that web414 is a web *community* and not just a website.

Relevant

Obviously we are not yet relevant or important enough, and if you aren't either one of those things, Wikipedia doesn't want you to exist.

Huh. Lame.

The wholesale and immediate arbitrary deletion of content seems decidedly hurtful to collaborative principles that Wikipedia was developed around.

I guess I'm new to this whole internet thing.

Additionally, I'll just add this: It's exceptionally hard for me to keep from deleting the deleter page citing similar "lack of relevance."
