seeking regular web-help, local non-profit

I haven't had much luck before, but figured I'd try again. I'm writing as a member of the board for a local nonprofit called AWE (Artists Working in Education). This organization works to bring positive art experiences to the kids of Milwaukee. We are looking to build a relationship with a local web designer who can be our "go-to guy or gal" for the maintenance of our website. If anyone would be interested in bidding on the role, please drop me a line. I believe we do have the budget to pay an appropriate fee to this person.
