What a better way to kick off the new year than discussing the newest of developments in web design and development. The January Web414 meeting will bring you a primer on HTML5 and CSS3, some of the great things you can do with these awesome technologies, and how you can get started using them today.

The meeting will start with a primer on HTML5 and CSS3, introducing you to what is new, what is old, resources to help you get up to speed, and what awesomeness will ensue when you start using this new web tandem. We will then show off some great HTML5 and CSS3 examples. Finally, we will finish by demonstrating how to use the HTML5 Boilerplate to get yourself started using HTML5.
